The terms that govern your use of Downloads.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Downloads (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. We may revoke this license at any time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Paid Features & Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid subscription. All purchases are processed through the applicable app store and are subject to their billing terms. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel at any time through your app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All audio, artwork, text, branding, and other materials available through the Service are owned by Thought Rewired Inc. or licensed to us. All rights reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any content without our express permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s integrity or security;
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers without permission;
  • Upload or transmit harmful, abusive, or offensive material.

7. Health & Safety Disclaimer

The Service includes motivational audio content intended for general self-improvement. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Do not use the Service while driving or performing tasks requiring full attention.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or that the Service will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thought Rewired Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $25 if no purchase was made.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful to the Service, other users, or our business.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may contain links or integrations with third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario.
